Here it is a beautiful Sunday and i am in a flare. I have done too much this weekend. Went to craft show to bring awareness to Fibromyalgia. It was ok.....could have been better. We got donations to cover the cost to be there. I am have a fibro fog today and its driving me crazy. I got stuff to do but the head is not working so guess it will have to wait. Soft hugs and butterfly kisses to all of you.

Got a lot to do but have came down sick. Hate when something gets in the way of my goals. I end up reaching  to far. Slow is sometimes the best way. Slow down to take care of yourself. To enjoy the smell of rain or the sun shining on your face. To enjoy a child's laughter or get into the sand with them and build a castle. What ever it might be just slow down and enjoy the moment. Because one day you will want it all back. Right now I want to enjoy and share all the soft hugs and butterfly kisses.

Hello my friends. We are dealing with sickness in the home. My oldest granddaughter is sick and now shes given it to me. Hoping by weekend we are all feeling better.
The Craft show is going wonderfully. I am not so confident on the Bowl-a-thon. Might have to change it some or cancel all together. Have a few orders for T-Shirts.Photo is below. Women's will be on purple shirts and Men's on blue. $15 per a shirt. So just let me know if your interested.
I am now trying to lose weight to help my health. I am always tired and hurting so I have gone on the body by vi shakes. Energy is up and hoping if I lose weight I will feel better. Hello my friends I am still working hard on the Fibromyalgia event. The craft show is going well but the bowl-a-thon is not so great. Might have to cut it out.
