Hello my friends. We are dealing with sickness in the home. My oldest granddaughter is sick and now shes given it to me. Hoping by weekend we are all feeling better.

I am now trying to lose weight to help my health. I am always tired and hurting so I have gone on the body by vi shakes. Energy is up and hoping if I lose weight I will feel better.
