It has been a very warm winter for us. Today started out so pretty and now the wind is blowing hard and temps are dropping. Good Night for us Fibromyalgia sufferers too cuddle with a blanket and warm socks while in our snuggie pj's. I might even add a cup of hot chocolate with marshmallow.  Our fears is the weather change witch cause our fibro-pain  into a lion reaction. Our night will be sleepless and our body will feel like we just ran around the world non-stop. Its been a hard winter for me. The cold makes me hurt but being warm all the time doesn't kill the germs. Illness has hit over and over again. I have had the flu 4 times since September. Wow! So this fibromyalgia just does not play fair. So afraid to turn the next corner, who knows what lies beyond our view. Afraid it will be worse because 99% of the time it has been and really how much more can one person take of all this illness?
